Value-Added

  • Curzon Network’s Strategic Procurement and Shared Services provide members with access to cost-effective products and services through collective buying power. By pooling member demand, negotiating with trusted vendors, and managing supplier performance, we deliver better pricing, ensure quality, and reduce administrative burden for members.

Participation in these programs is optional, with pricing based on the scale of members and users involved.

    Strategic Sourcing Program (SSP)

Curzon Network’s Strategic Sourcing Program negotiates discounted rates for products and services by aggregating member demand. The program focuses on:

    • Securing stable and reliable suppliers

    • Managing vendor performance and compliance

    • Expanding the catalogue of discounted services

    • Aggregating member demand to reduce costs

    • Minimising risks and ensuring contract compliance

    • Identifying cost-effective, high-quality services

    Shared Resource Pricing Strategy (SRPS)

Curzon Network’s Shared Resource Pricing Strategy ensures fair, scalable pricing for shared applications and services. Costs are distributed based on the number of users or members accessing the service:

    • Per-user subscription: Costs are split among users within a member organisation.

    • Per-member subscription: Costs are shared across all participating members.

Currently, SRPS applies to services such as Curzon Network Security Service (CNSS) and Storage Service, with potential expansion to other offerings as membership grows. This model ensures transparent, scalable pricing that benefits all members.

Failure to provide accurate data or respond to verification requests within the mandated timeframe may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of the domain without refund.
