2.1 Operational Necessity: To provision domain registrations, Microsoft 365 licenses, and infrastructure services, Curzon Network is contractually and technically required to share Member data (including Name, ABNs/ACNs, Address, Email, and Phone) with:
Our Authorised Upstream Registrars & Providers. * ICANN and auDA (Global and Local Regulators).
The Registry Operator (The entity managing the specific domain extension).
2.2 Consent: By using our Services, the Member provides explicit, informed consent for this data transfer, acknowledging it as a technical and legal prerequisite for service delivery.
3. TRANSPARENCY & PROVIDER DISCLOSURE
3.1 Commitment to Transparency: Curzon Network maintains an open-door policy regarding our infrastructure partnerships to ensure Members understand the flow of their data.
3.2 Right to Information: In accordance with our commitment to transparency and our Reseller Agreements, Members maintain the right to inquire about the specific upstream provider or Sponsoring Registrar associated with any active Service.
3.3 Inquiry Process: To request specific provider details, Members must submit a formal Support Ticket via the Member Portal or email our support team for security verification and identity authentication. This process ensures that sensitive infrastructure details are only disclosed to verified account holders.
