Member Service and Conduct Policy

1. STANDARDS OF ENGAGEMENT

1.1 Professional Environment: Curzon Network staff are entitled to a safe and professional workplace. Support is provided as a privilege of membership, not an unconditional right.

1.2 Definition of Prohibited Conduct: Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

  • Abuse: Verbal threats, defamatory statements, or profanity.

  • Discrimination: Language targeting race, gender, religion, or nationality.

  • Vexatious Support: Submitting excessive, repetitive, or nonsensical tickets designed to harass staff or disrupt business operations.

  • Aggressive Formatting: The use of excessive capitalisation ("shouting") or inflammatory subject lines.

2. REMEDIES FOR BREACH

2.1 Support Denial: Staff may immediately terminate any communication session if this policy is violated.

2.2 Account Termination: Severe or repetitive breaches constitute a material breach of the Master Services Agreement. Curzon Network reserves the right to terminate the Member’s account and all associated Services immediately, without notice and without refund.
