1. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Members may not host, link to, or transmit material that:

1.1 Is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of any party.

1.2 Contains viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code.

1.3 Includes "Pirated Software," "Warez," or "Nulled" scripts.

1.4 Constitutes "Image Hosting," "File Sharing," "IRC scripts," or "Proxy" services.

2. RESOURCE LIMITS

To maintain server stability as required by our Reseller Agreement, the following hard limits are enforced:

2.1 Email: A maximum of 1,000 outbound emails per hour per domain.

2.2 Storage: Email data per service is capped at a maximum of 5GB.

2.3 Scripts: No automated process or script may exceed 180 seconds of execution time.

2.4 CloudLinux: Accounts consistently exceeding CPU, RAM, or I/O limits as monitored by server-side software (CloudLinux) will be automatically throttled or suspended without prior notice.

3. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

3.1 The transmission of unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Discovery of SPAM activity will result in immediate termination of all Services and membership without refund.
